Coconut Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Add flour and buttermilk, then add other ingredients, mixing with spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a well-greased and floured pan.
