Ham With Sauced Potatoes And Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. unpeeled potatoes
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. salad vinegar
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 head lettuce, washed
    2 large tomatoes, sliced
    8 boiled, peeled eggs, sliced
    1 purple onion, sliced
    2 lb. cooked ham
Preparation
    Boil, peel and slice in crosswise 1/3 pieces.
    Marinate potato slices in following mixture in refrigerator overnight.
    Drain potato slices.
    On plate, arrange potatoes on lettuce leaf.
    Add tomato slices, egg slices, onion and ham.
    Top with following sauce.
