Overnight Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    1/4 c. mild onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed, but not cooked
    salt to taste
    sugar to taste
    pepper to taste
    bacon bits (8 slices fried crisp and crumbled)
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle)
    parsley (to decorate)
Preparation
    Wash and dry lettuce and spinach and break into bite size pieces.
    Place in large bowl.
    Top with celery, onion, peas and radishes.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, sugar and Parmesan cheese to taste.
