Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. Puritan oil
    1 stick butter
    2 whole eggs and 1 egg white, well beaten
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour (always stir lightly before measuring)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. fresh grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar and salad oil together.
    Add well beaten eggs; mix well.
    Combine dry ingredients and stir in.
    Mix until smooth. Add chopped walnuts and grated carrots.
    Bake in 3 greased cake pans at 325\u00b0 or Bundt cake pan about 30 minutes.
    Oil and lightly flour Bundt pan.
