Frozen Peaches For Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. peaches, sliced
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Fruit-Fresh
    1 Tbsp. ???
    3/4 c. tapioca
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients. Sprinkle lemon juice over peaches. Add dry ingredients.
    Lightly stir.
    Put in 8-inch pie plates, cover and freeze.
