Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, flaked
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 grated carrots
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    onion, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in hot milk.
    Add fish, crumbs and seasonings. Add eggs, sour cream, grated carrots and frozen peas.
    Mix well and put in greased 8 x 8-inch or 5 x 7-inch pan.
    Sprinkle lightly with cornflake crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
