Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 small onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Instead of red wine vinegar, you may substitute other vinegars (cider, white or white wine).
    You may also use any dry white wine.
    Beer works well, too.
    Prepared mustard or brown mustard may be used instead of Dijon mustard.
    About 1/4 teaspoon each of basil, oregano and thyme may be substituted for the Italian seasoning.
