Pork Chops Delicious - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 c. tomato
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    ginger
Preparation
    Brown chops; on each place a slice of onion and 1 teaspoon of rice (uncooked).
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add water; cover. Cook over low heat about 1/2 hour.
    Add tomato which has been fixed with green pepper.
    Continue cooking until rice is tender, about 1/2 hour longer.
    Sprinkle ginger on fresh pork.
    Serves 6.
