Mother'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potatoes
1 medium onion, finely chopped or grated
1 beef bouillon cube and hot water to prepare
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Use a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Layer first with lettuce, then: celery, carrots, onions, green peppers, bacon (cooked), cheese (grated) and small frozen peas. Mix 2 cups mayonnaise with sugar to taste.
Spread over whole surface.
Sprinkle with hard-boiled egg or sliced and grated sharp cheese.
Make 12 to 24 hours ahead.
