Fried Squash Or Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash or eggplant
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. milk
    salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cut squash or eggplant into large strips (like large french fries).
    Soak in 3 tablespoons salt water.
    The longer you soak them, the better, but at least 15 minutes before frying.
    Mix 1 egg, salt, pepper and sugar to taste; then mix well 1 cup biscuit mix and 1/2 cup milk.
    Dip squash or eggplant in egg mixture; then into biscuit mix and deep fry.
    Del-ici-ous.
