Ingredients

3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 heads cabbage
3 carrots
2 stems celery
1/2 red onion
2 Tbsp. corn oil
3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Bring to boil the vinegar and sugar.
Set aside to cool. Grate cabbage, chop celery and onion.
Add salt, oil and barbecue sauce.
Mix well.
Pour vinegar and sugar over mixture.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
