White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. white chocolate, melted over hot water
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks, one at a time.
Blend in white chocolate and vanilla.
Mix flour, soda, salt and baking powder to buttermilk.
Add to first mixture.
Fold in egg whites (beaten).
Add pecans and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
