Hot Tomato Aspic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. V-8 juice
    1 (10 oz.) can whole Ro-Tel, liquified in blender
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. onion juice
    1 can English peas
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Buy the \"whole\" Ro-Tel. It is not as hot as the chopped.
    Cut out small hard core of tomatoes before running in blender.
    Onion juice is made by finely grating onion into a thin cloth and squeezing out the juice.
    In spring you can use sweet Vidalia onions, just chopped.
    They are not as strong and are delicious.
