Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 can tomatoes
1 large onion, minced
1 medium can dark red kidney beans
2 medium green peppers, minced
1/2 c. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato paste
Preparation

Heat crock-pot to 325\u00b0.
Add meat; cook for 10 minutes.
Add onion, pepper, red pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and chili powder.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Add kidney beans, tomato paste and tomatoes.
Turn temperature to low (or simmer) for 2 hours.
