Curry-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 Tbsp. margarine
 
1/4 c. honey
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. curry powder
2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, disjointed and skinned
Preparation
- 
                            Place margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and heat in oven until melted.
 
Stir in honey, mustard and curry powder.
Add chicken, turning to coat.
Bake, turning after 20 minutes.
