Apricot Spice Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Finely chop apricots.
Cream butter, sugar and honey.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine next 5 ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts and apricots.
Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes and brush with glaze.
