"The Best" Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup (clear)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat ingredients to boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Stir in very fast.
    Pour over popcorn and bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Stir constantly to prevent burning.
