Creamed Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. turkey necks
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Boil necks; separate meat from bones.
Gradually blend flour and milk over low heat in skillet.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over toast, rice or noodles.
Serves 4.
