Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    chopped or minced onion to taste
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. each: black pepper, celery salt, garlic salt, ginger, curry and dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. ground meat
Preparation
    Optional:
    Add 2 patties (about 1/8 to 1/4 pound) sausage.
