Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 green peppers
    1 (5 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 qt. mushrooms
Preparation
    Chop bacon in small pieces and saute until lightly brown. Chop mushroom stems; saute with peppers in butter.
    Add pimentos; blend in seasoning.
    Add cracker crumbs and bacon.
    Let cool. Stuff mushrooms.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
