Sand Tarts(Sandbakkelse) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well; add egg and cardamom.
    Mix well. Add flour and knead until smooth and firm.
    Take small pieces and press into tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light golden brown.
