Bishop Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 sticks butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Melt butter.
Add cocoa, then add dry ingredients.
While blending, add water.
Blend well.
Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Blend at low speed.
Pour into greased 15 x 10-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
