Ingredients

1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
4 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients, beating well.
Set aside.
Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Dip both sides of bread slices into egg mixture.
Cook slices 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Yields 2 servings.
