Mound Candy Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mashed potatoes, cooled
    1 lb. coconut
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix together.
    If sticky, refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Shape into bite size balls.
    Chill overnight.
    Dip in melted chocolate chips (melt small amount of paraffin wax with chips).
    Store in refrigerator.
