Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (2 lb.) can sauerkraut
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut, onion, green pepper and celery in large bowl. Bring to boil the vinegar, sugar and oil and pour over the kraut mixture. Let cool.
