Italian Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    single 9-inch pie crust
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Remove pie crust from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Cook sausage until brown; drain.
    Beat together the eggs and cottage cheese. Fold in the Mozzarella cheese, sausage and Parmesan cheese.
    Turn into pastry shell and bake 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serve immediately.
