Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces of chicken
    1 onion, cut up
    1/2 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    parsley flakes (if wanted)
    onion tops, chopped fine
    2 cans chicken broth
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put chicken, Ro-Tel, onions, bell peppers, garlic and bouillon cubes together in the pot. Cook until chicken is done; remove chicken from bone and return to pot. Add 2 cups of uncooked rice and 2 cans of chicken broth to pot. Cook on low heat until rice is tender.
