Banana Split Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    8 large marshmallows
    2 bananas, sliced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped or 1 c. Cool Whip
    1/4 c. ground pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    Set aside. In a saucepan, bring water to boil.
    Remove from heat and add gelatin and marshmallows.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Chill until partially set.
    Toss bananas with lemon juice.
    Fold bananas and pineapple into cooled gelatin.
    Pour into 8-inch square dish. Chill until firm.
