Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Grate cheese and let stand until soft.
    Add biscuit mix and sausage.
    Mix by hand.
    Shape into small balls and bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
