Mexican Swiss Steak* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chili seasoning mix
    4 (4 oz.) lean Minute beef steaks
    1 3/4 c. tomato juice with bits
    1/2 c. chunky salsa
Preparation
    Mix flour and chili powder seasonings.
    Coat steaks.
    Spray skillet with Pam.
    Brown steaks.
    Add tomato sauce and salsa. Simmer over low heat, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or pasta.

    3 meats and 2 vegetables.
