Savory Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/2 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
    1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
Preparation
    Trim visible fat from brisket.
    In large reclosable plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients.
    Add brisket and seal bag; refrigerate overnight.
