Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. soft shortening
    7 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl soften yeast in warm water.
    Stir in milk, 1/2 cup sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and half of flour. Mix until smooth.
    Add enough of remaining flour to handle easily; mix with hands.
    Turn onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
    Round up in greased bowl, greased side up.
    Cover and let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) until double (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Punch down; let rise again until double (about 30 minutes).
    Divide dough in half.
