Kim'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 gal. milk
    2 sticks butter
    2 medium onions
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. Canadian bacon, sliced thin
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Place layers of peeled, sliced potatoes and onions with slices of Velveeta and butter pats in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, greased.
    Lay into this some slices of Canadian bacon.
    Add layers until pan is 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Pour milk over.
    Season to taste. Place in 375\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 1/4 hours (or until bubbly golden on top).
    Let stand 5 to 7 minutes.
    Serve.
