German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. small potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until medium soft, slice into large bowl.
    Add diced green and red peppers and celery; mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Set aside.
