Ham And Sweet Potato Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine ingredients, except sweet potatoes.
Spread on wax paper to 1/2-inch thick, making a rectangle about 6 x 10-inches. Spread with seasoned sweet potatoes and roll like a jelly roll. Place in dripping pan and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
