Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

6 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
5 lb. ground beef
1 lb. lasagne noodles
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. bell pepper
3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. water
3 tsp. salt or Season-All
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. pepper
6 oz. Ricotta cheese

2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or thinly sliced
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sharp Cheddar
2 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
Preparation
-
In skillet, lightly brown beef, onions and bell pepper. Season at this point.
Drain ground beef.
Put in paste, salt, sugar, garlic powder and pepper.
Add water and simmer 30 minutes.
