Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla pie filling
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
Preparation
    Combine pie filling mix, sugar, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin in saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a \"full\" bubbling boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool five minutes, stirring twice.
    Pour into shell and chill four hours.
