Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
1 stick butter
Preparation

Stir sugar, milk and flour together.
Melt butter in baking dish.
Pour batter over butter and put fruit of your choice on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown on top.
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
