Scotch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
3 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Bring to boil margarine, oil, water and cocoa.
Mix together sugar and flour.
Pour cocoa mixture over this and blend.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Mixture will be thin.
Pour into sheet cake pan and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Ice while hot with icing
