Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated or chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Cook spinach according to package directions.
Drain well. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes until set.
