Barbecue Burger Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook ground beef and onions until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Lightly grease 10 muffin cups. Press an uncooked biscuit in each of the 10 cups.
Bring dough up to the rims.
Spoon meat mixture into the biscuit-lined muffin cups.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
