Blueberry Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 pt. blueberries
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix margarine, flour and 1 tablespoon sugar together.
Press mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Refrigerate.
