Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cold, cooked chicken meat
    celery, scraped, chilled and cut in small pieces
    French dressing
    mayonnaise dressing or boiled dressing to taste
    lettuce
    curled celery for garnish
Preparation
    Remove bones, gristle, fat and skin from cooked meat.
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch cubes and mix with an equal amount of celery pieces. Moisten with French dressing.
    Add mayonnaise dressing to taste. Arrange on lettuce leaves; garnish with curled celery.
