Pot De Creme(Serves 4 To 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. light cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. coffee, brewed
    1 Tbsp. creme de menthe extract or Grand Marnier extract
Preparation
    Put everything in the blender except the cream.
    Liquify in blender.
    Heat the cream to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Pour cream into blender.
    Blend very well until all ingredients are mixed.
    Pour into sherbets about half full.
    Chill this, top with whipped cream.
