German Bologna Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    4 oz. sliced bologna, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/2 c. shredded Brick cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in saucepan melt butter.
    Add onion, celery, salt, caraway seed and pepper; saute until tender.
    Stir in noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and bologna.
    Pour into casserole. Spread top of casserole with shredded cheese.
    Pour eggs over all. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Allow casserole to stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with bologna slices, if desired.
