Green Beans Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen green beans, julienne cut
2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook green beans following directions on package.
Drain and reserve.
Melt butter in frying pan and saute onion until golden brown.
Gradually stir in flour, water, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Combine with beans and sour cream. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
