Egg Rolls (Lumpia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. string beans (French-cut)
    1 lb. Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
    4 medium carrots, grated
    1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed or garlic salt
    salt, pepper and m.s.g. to taste
    3 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Drain grease.
    Brown garlic; add onions until transparent.
    Add carrots and green beans to meat mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Add Chinese cabbage and water chestnuts.
    Stir-fry; add green onions.
    When cooked, put in colander to drain.
    Let meat mixture cool before putting into wrapper.
    Makes approximately 100 egg rolls.
