Baked Cup Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla until blended, about 1 minute.
Add slowly while beating scalded milk.
Beat only until blended. Pour into custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
Set cups in pan of hot water.
Bake in preheated oven (325\u00b0) about 45 minutes or until a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings.
