Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Beat together zucchini, sugar, egg, oil and grated lemon rind and add to sifted ingredients.
Stir in chopped nuts only until blended.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
