Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. crab meat or imitation crab meat
    5 c. medium white sauce
    3 3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 3/4 tsp. finely grated onion
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients together.
    Put into 6 buttered individual casserole dishes.
    Cover each portion with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
